Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer; your confirmation email will reflect the latest status.
Delivery timeframe
Most orders arrive in approximately 3–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier handling, and customs processing. Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude public holidays.
Tracking
Tracking is included on every order. You will receive tracking information so you can follow your package in real time from dispatch through delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes
