Return Policy — DropKart LLC

We want every part to work as expected. If something is wrong with your item, we’ve made the process straightforward.

Eligibility — defective items

You may request a return or resolution within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, including:

  • Dead on arrival or not functioning as a part should
  • Visibly damaged before use (e.g., cracked screen, swollen battery, bent connector)
  • Not as described on the listing in a material way (wrong model/fit, major spec mismatch)

How to file a claim

  1. Email us at customcare@dropkartllc.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A short description of the issue
    • Photos or a short video showing the defect (packaging + part, if relevant)
  2. We will confirm receipt and review your case. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
  3. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method, depending on stock and your preference.

What we may ask for

  • Additional photos to verify compatibility/installation issues vs. manufacturing defects
  • Return of the item only if we request it (we will provide instructions; do not send items back without approval)

Outside the 30-day window

Claims received after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.
